  • To advertising partners (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, ChatGPT) to deliver and measure advertising, including retargeting and conversion tracking;
  • To service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management);
  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, or to respond to lawful requests from public authorities;
  • To enforce our terms, protect our rights, or protect the safety of Ridge Marketing, our users, or others;
  • In connection with a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

We do not knowingly share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes, other than the advertising partners identified above.

5. Your Privacy Rights

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell/share, and request a copy of it;
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To opt out of the sale/sharing of your information, select the DECLINE option on the cookie consent banner on Site.

To exercise your other rights, contact us using the information in Section 11. We will verify your request before responding, consistent with legal requirements.

Other U.S. State Residents

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy
